Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to § 56 of the Law of Obligations Act, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day the goods are received by the consumer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are manufactured according to the personal needs of the consumer or produced according to specifications provided by the consumer.

If the consumer withdraws from the contract, we will refund all payments received from the consumer without undue delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

The consumer must return the goods to the seller without delay, but no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must submit a withdrawal notice by e-mail to info@verdacasa.com, including the following information:

• Name of the product being returned
  
• Date of placing the order
  
• Date of receiving the product
  
• Buyer’s first name and surname
  
• Photos of the product (if possible)
  
• Buyer’s contact details
  

Conditions for Returned Goods

The returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.

If the product has been removed from the original packaging for inspection, it must not show any signs of use and must have been examined only to the extent necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as would be done in a physical store.

Goods removed from their original packaging must be repackaged in a manner that prevents damage during return transport.

If the returned goods are not in their original packaging or if the packaging is damaged, the seller has the right to claim compensation for any decrease in the value of the goods.

Refund Method

The refund will be made within 14 days by bank transfer to the same bank account that was used to make the original purchase.
