These Terms and Conditions apply to the online store www.verdacasa.com (the “E-store”), operated by Verdacasa OÜ (the “Seller”).

By placing an order in the E-store, the customer (the “Client”) agrees to these Terms.

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Seller operates an online store mediating the sale of furniture and interior products manufactured by third parties (“Manufacturers”) on a commission basis.

1.2. The sales contract is concluded between the Seller and the Client. The Seller sells products in its own name on behalf of the Manufacturers.

1.3. Legal relations are governed by the Law of Obligations Act of the Republic of Estonia and applicable legislation.

1.4. The Seller may amend these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the E-store website.

2. Products and Orders

2.1. Products are generally made to order and are not kept in stock unless stated otherwise.

2.2. Product images are illustrative. Minor differences in color, material, or dimensions may occur.

2.3. Delivery times shown on product pages are indicative and represent the maximum expected delivery time.

2.4. If an order cannot be fulfilled within the indicated delivery time, the Client will be informed and may choose a new delivery time or a full refund.

2.5. The Client is responsible for providing correct order and contact details.

2.6. A sales contract is deemed concluded once payment is successfully completed.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1. All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT.

3.2. Delivery costs are added at checkout unless stated otherwise.

3.3. Prices valid at the time of ordering apply.

3.4. Payments are processed via Montonio Finance UAB.

4. Delivery

4.1. Products are delivered via third-party transport providers.

4.2. Delivery is made to the address specified by the Client or an authorized representative.

4.3. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by Manufacturers or transport providers.

4.4. Damage during transport must be reported immediately. The Seller will repair or replace damaged products if necessary.

5. Right of Withdrawal

5.1. The Client has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product.

5.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order products, where the Client has specified essential characteristics (e.g. dimensions, materials, colors).

5.3. Withdrawal requests must be sent to info@verdacasa.com.

5.4. Returned products must be unused, complete, and in original packaging.

5.5. Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the returned product.

6. Complaints and Non-Conformity

6.1. The Seller is responsible for defects appearing within two years of delivery.

6.2. Complaints must be submitted within two months of discovering the defect.

6.3. The Seller is not responsible for defects caused by improper use, damage, or incorrect storage.

6.4. If repair is not possible, the product may be replaced or refunded with the Client’s consent.

7. Manufacturer’s Warranty

7.1. Products may be covered by the Manufacturer’s warranty, valid within the Republic of Estonia.

8. Liability

8.1. The Seller is not liable for damage caused by force majeure events.

8.2. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by Estonian law.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. Complaints should be sent to info@verdacasa.com or by phone +372 53809080.

9.2. If no agreement is reached, the Client may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee in Estonia.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. By placing an order and confirming agreement, the Client accepts these Terms and Conditions.
